Work was carried out very professionally
All went smoothly.
For the second time of this car being in Chandlers Brighton I have subsequently had a problem with tyre pressures. Chandlers seem to work to lower pressures than recommended in the door panel ; within 100 miles I receive a tyre pressure warning !
Took 3 weeks to achieve a post sales snagging issue - had to chase
Service all fine, normally car gets cleaned. Spent 2k with you on service and tyres and car came back dirty still.
The service failed to resolve the problem
Staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Car seems fine after its service and the problem was fixed.
The only issue I had was the work timing. The car in at 9am for MOT & brake fluid computer re-set. I requested a t/phone call by 2:30pm and collect at 3:30 as I had other appointments. I ring at 4pm and was told it would be ready at 5pm to collect.
Service was great but it took a very long time to get a part ( 6 weeks), hence only 4 stars
Completed the works as required in under the time estimated and very communicative

Car was received on workshops at the appointed time. I was able to wait whilst the MOT was carried out. Car also had a service wash
Very long wait for courtesy car. Staff didn't seem very concerned considering this is a premium brand and car less than 6m old. This is going to end up with a rejected car if issue comes back

Product recall - fixed much quicker than anticipated and the courtesy car was really good too.
MoT and front brake replacement completed while I waited, in two hours rather than the three hours quoted.
Great service very prompt had a great experience with BMW Emergency Assust they could not have been anymore helpful.

Communication is seriously lacking - weeks on I do not know where I stand despite phoning and emailing.
No problem and looked after well
Service is fine. However, staff seem reluctant to discuss vehicle problems that I have that are subjects of disussion in chatrooms yet not addressed by BMW sevice schedule.

Very happy. I was helped so much by Jamie Brown, who organised for the service department to call me. I was called literally within minutes of speaking with Jamie and Jamie also collected and returned the car for me.
Pleasant area to wait in and well looked after with regards to coffee. Service took about half an hour longer than originally indicated and despite an issue being identified with the wipers I wasn't asked if I wanted this corrected.

Work was done efficiently however on previous occasions our car has been valeted prior to its return. This was not done this time !! Was there a reason or was this an oversight ?

It was a very easy process from start to finish even with Mark, the salesman popping up to my house when I totally forgot to take in the paperwork for the car I was part exchanging.
