Looked after on arrival, i was shown the car to make sure i was completely satisfied before starting the paperwork trail.

Given plenty of information over the car that was purchased. Any questions i had were answered. Arranged everything including the tracker i required for the insurance on the vehicle. Went through the cars features and set up the system with me.

Salesman did bare minimum. Delivery they put wrong plates on, then just threw the correct ones in the boot for me to swap them over. And it was delivered with incorrect tyre pressures. All four over-inflated and all to same pressure. Poor IMO

I had to wait a few months for the car, but I think this is a Nationwide problem, so I understood. Marcus phoned every month to advise us as to how the order was proceeding , which was very helpful.

When my car got to Group 1 Marcus called me to tell me it had arrived. I came to inspect the car and it was clear that certain items were missing despite the fact that BMW's website stated they were included. The website STILL says they are included.

All was checked over and all that I wanted to be fixed was fixed (all that was urgent) - However we noticed that when we drove off on holiday that there might be a problem with the break pads and the car was very wobbly upon breaking.

I was directed to the seating area upon arrival, and advised I would be seen by Sam shortly. I waited nearly an hour to be seen, and saw a customer who arrived later attended to first. No apology provided, and not the first time this has occurred.

Have been a regular customer for 20 yrs plus. Pleased to say that personal service and being able to speak to humans much better this visit. Last few times very disappointing. At BMW prices I expect personal service at check in, not do it yourself.

The staff were extremely friendly. Delay of 1 day getting the car back, which wasn't a big deal. The communication was a little slow on the Saturday, but otherwise excellent. I loved getting the car back washed and cleaned - very positive experience.

I do not trust that the minimal amount of work would be carried out to rectify any particular fault. I feel that your customer's money is spent according to your likings. As with most car workshops.

First I was disappointed when I found out that the part I've replaced few months ago was broken, but luckily everything was sorted out very quickly and having the 2 year warranty on installed parts my car was fixed with out any extra cost.

I was initially informed the work required was covered under the warranty and as goodwill. Booked a second appointment that was cancelled due to parts, then rebooked for a week later then informed it was not covered and I had to pay £1050.

Nothing needed doing in the end, but was unable to get rid of the icon on the dashboard as I didn't want to go ahead with the possible issue. £250 is so expensive just even to put a machine on to find out the fault. Other garages charge c. £40

I went to replace the airbag, as advised, and the pinion seal to stop the leak, taking a day off work. But after fixing the airbag, I was told the parts for the seal were unavailable. I called a few days earlier booking the service. Lost a day.

Only blemish was in terms of workmanship. Had a new set of tyres fitted and one had a faulty valve causing immediate loss of pressure - so had to return the vehicle the next day.
